    •  Leadership Practices Inventory  (360 Assessment) followed by a 1 hour debrief and up to 3 hours of coaching.

    • Includes up to four hours of one-on-one consulting on any HR or OD related topic. Common requests have included: How to scale your organization, building and reinforcing organizational culture, change & transformation, developing leaders, how to create learning & development opportunities and employee engagement.  Also includes a monthly facilitated virtual group session with peers on specific relevant HR Topics.
