Leadership Development

    •  Leadership Practices Inventory  (360 Assessment) followed by a 1 hour debrief and up to 3 hours of coaching.

    • Creating a systematic approach to coaching.

    • Training leaders to be great coaches including three sessions with deliberate practice, self-directed activities in-between to reinforce learning.

    • Whether you’re identifying future leadership roles or supplementing development of current roles, the data will tell you who is ready to lead now and how to strengthen your leaders for the future.  We use assessments including LPI 360, Hogan, Strength Finder and Meyers Briggs.

    • A customized new hire onboarding program that promotes a sense of belonging and helps ensure that new starters feel part of the organization as soon as they set foot in the door. Focused on what it’s like to work at your organization and understand the culture while laying out what behaviors are expected of new team members.  A highly practical program, not abstract or theoretical focused on outcomes and practice-oriented designed with key competencies.

  • Fractional Consulting
    • Includes up to four hours of one-on-one consulting on any HR or OD related topic. Common requests have included: How to scale your organization, building and reinforcing organizational culture, change & transformation, developing leaders, how to create learning & development opportunities and employee engagement.  Also includes a monthly facilitated virtual group session with peers on specific relevant HR Topics.​
